Bijan Sarhangpour is the former owner and current CIS Director of Baku Oil Services (BOS)—a leading provider of infrastructure services to the regional oil and gas industry.

Recently, Bijan Sarhangpour and BOS teamed up to build the Rouzbeh Sarhangpour Fencing Academy—a facility created in memory of Bijan’s son, Rouzbeh Sarhangpour, who passed away tragically in 2016.

Bijan Sarhangpour is an Iranian businessman who serves as the former owner and Director of Baku Oil Services. He has decades of experience, and he holds a degree in Engineering from the Sharif University of Technology.

In addition to his degree, Mr. Sarhangpour holds certifications from completing training courses around the world. He has studied in Italy, Germany, Russia, the United States, and Iran. He’s a Corrosion Engineer and Coating Specialist, and he has worked in the field since 1972.

Bijan Sarhangpour moved to the United Arab Emirates by investing in Equipment and Manpower supply in UAE in 2003, and he continues to enjoy his life in Dubai. He maintains an excellent reputation in his field, and he speaks six languages fluently.

Bijan Sarhangpour, the former owner and Director of Baku Oil Services, is a successful corrosion engineer and coating specialist. He has experience dating to 1972, and he has completed numerous successful projects in the decades following. 

Mr. Sarhangpour speaks six languages fluently, and he has studied engineering around the globe. He holds a degree in Engineering from the Sharif University of Technology. In addition to his degree, Bijan Sarhangpourholds many certifications that he earned through completing various courses. 

He completed Management and Safety training in Krupp/Geldern, Germany; Concrete Repair & Seal Off training with a TPE company in Moscow, Russia; Corrosion Engineering training in Houston, Texas; Refractory Engineering training in Treviso, Italy; and Heat & Cold Insulation training at NICSO in Rome, Italy.
