Bijan Sarhangpouris an Iranian businessman who has worked as an engineer since 1972. He currently applies his decades of experience to his work as the Director of Baku Oil Services, and he maintains a positive reputation around the world. 

Mr. Sarhangpour holds a degree in Engineering from the Sharif University of Technology, and he has completed training courses in several countries around the world. He also speaks six languages fluently and is an international fencing champion with decades of experience.
