Bijan Sarhangpour first entered the fields of engineering and project management more than 45 years ago. Since that time, Sarhangpour has set himself apart not only as a skilled, insightful engineer, but also as someone who understands how to inspire teams to action – as well as to get the best from colleagues and professionals who share his commitment to project success.

In 1972, Bijan Sarhangpour began work as a coating inspector on a project in Brunei, Malaysia. It wasn’t long before he earned the position of Fabric Maintenance Supervisor at Peiniger/GMBH – a role which garnered him the attention of professionals at Cape Industrial, and which helped pave the way for such positions as Operations Supervisor and Operations Engineer between 1976 and 1980. 

Bijan Sarhangpour then joined Pahleh Co. in 1981. He would provide leadership as Operations Manager and Operations Director for a variety of Pahleh projects until 1998, when he would rejoin Cape Industrial as CIS Operations Manager.

Sarhangpour now serves in multiple roles for the BOS Group of Companies. These include General Director of BOS Group, GCC Director of BOS Trading FZE and Baku Oil Service CIS Director.
