A member of the Baku Oil Services team since 2002, Bijan Sarhangpour has utilized his extensive experience in multiple areas of expertise, including anti-corrosion engineering, scaffolding design, insulation, painting, sandblasting, and HVAC design to grow the organization into one of the most trusted in the area.

Bijan Sarhangpour has proven himself an experienced manager and leader for a variety of organizations, including:

  • Pahleh Company, as owner and CEO from 1992-1998 
  • Cape Industrial Services, as Operations Manager from 1998-2005 and as a consultant in Azerbaijan from 2006-2008 
  • Baku Oil Services, as the former owner and current director since 2008 
  • BOS Trading FZE, as a director from 2009-2014

Bijan Sarhangpour: Professional Specialties


Baku Oil Services CIS Director and former owner Bijan Sarhangpour has worked in various capacities over the course of his career. A project manager and service professional for more than 40 years, Sarhangpour has acquired firsthand knowledge, training and expertise in numerous service areas, including scaffolding design, HVAC installation, refractory engineering, anti-corrosion engineering, worksite safety, industrial and chemical coating, sandblasting and more.

Bijan Sarhangpour: Expansion


Prior to serving as Director at Baku Oil Services, Bijan Sarhangpour worked as an Operations Manager for Cape Industrial Services, Ltd. The former owner of Baku Oil Services, Mr. Sarhangpour was responsible not only for starting up the company’s Azerbaijan operations in 1996, but for spearheading the company’s significant expansion throughout the Caspian region. In fact, Sarhangpour was responsible for procuring the $15 million Karachaganak Insulation works project during his tenure.
